The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Ibiza Town, around 20 minutes from the airport, and around 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta — so you get the best of both worlds: peaceful nature on your doorstep and the island's finest spots within easy reach.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

To confirm your booking, we will send you a rental contract to review and sign. Once returned, we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due one month before your arrival, along with a security deposit.

The security deposit is collected at the same time as the final balance (one month before arrival) and will be refunded by bank transfer on the day of your departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
